What’s your turnaround time?

It takes me round 7-10 days from your photoshoot to get photos back to you edited and ready to go! However, if you needed the images super soon, I may be able to prioritise the shoot and get them to you quicker. In this case, just pop me the details of your deadline when booking.

How can I book in a photoshoot with you?

Simply get in touch on email and we can get you booked in! If you have any questions before you book, I’m always happy to jump on a call or message.

How do I receive your gorgeous photos?

All photographs will be sent on email with a link to your individual shoot folder! You’ll receive them as quality high res jpegs ready for you to download and use,  also available as web size to cut some time for you!

How much do you charge?

I offer a range of photography services so to get a bespoke price for your photoshoot please get in touch and I’ll pop you over my handy pricing guide. Prices have my photographing, editing and styling all included – hooray!

Do I pay for postage of my products to you?

All postage costs are to be covered by the client for postage to my studio and back to yourself. Any postage cost back is added onto your final photoshoot invoice. I post all parcels back to you first class signed for, and often with extra guarantee. This means that those pesky parcels can’t go missing when being returned to you!

How do I credit you when sharing photos?

How far in advance do I need to book my shoot?

It is best to get in touch with me at least 4-6 weeks before you are thinking you’d like your photoshoot. For accurate availability every month I recommend that you sign up to my studio news & newsletter here.

Can I send my products to you?

Yes, definitely! No matter where you are based, you can send your products to my studio to be photographed.

Are there any products you don’t work with?

At the moment I don’t work with large pieces of furniture as I don’t have a huge studio space available, however I can come to your site for this type of product. Please note extra travel costs may apply, but ask away!

Is there a planning process before the shoot?

Yes – those that know me will know that I love a bit of planning! I’ll pop you over some questions about what you’re looking for plus I will create a shared mood board with you so you can get your vision across!

Could you photograph my studio space/shop?

Yes of course! I love meeting people in person and capturing their gorgeous work space and location! Get in touch and we can discuss the details about how a lifestyle shoot will work for you.

Do I need to provide my own props?

I have a large variety of props and backgrounds in my studio, but I always encourage my clients to take a look around their own workspace to see if they have any props that could work too. It’s a great way of adding that personal touch to your photographs!

Do you have a cancellation policy?

Any cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the session will be fully refundable. However, cancellations made within 7 days of the photoshoot, and not rescheduled, will require payment of an hours shoot time. Only one rescheduling against a cancellation is allowed.

This same policy applies when you book a shoot, and your products are not delivered to the studio by the date of the shoot, as this is effectively a cancellation.
