What’s your turnaround time?
You can look forward to receiving your fully edited images within 2 weeks of our shoot date, delivered via an online private viewing gallery. There is a ‘speedy delivery’ option available for your photos, for an additional fee. Please ask about this when booking if you need your photos back from your shoot sooner.
How can I book in a photoshoot with you?
It’s as easy as getting in touch on email! I’ll have a look at my diary and can get you booked in for a date that works. If you have any questions before you book, I’m always happy to jump on a call or meet for a coffee.
How do I receive your gorgeous photos?
All photographs will be sent on email with a link to your online private viewing gallery. You’ll receive them as quality high res files ready for you to download and use, also available to download yourself as web size.
How much does a photoshoot cost?
Your photoshoot cost can vary depending on what photoshoot you’re looking for. I offer a range of photography packages so please get in touch and I’ll pop you over my pricing guide. My photoshoot prices have all my photographing, directing, post editing and on shoot styling included.
Do I pay for postage of my products to you?
All postage costs are to be covered by the client for product photography shoot postage to my Devon studio and then back to yourself. Any return postage costs are added onto your final photoshoot invoice.
Who owns the copyright to photos?
I retain copyright to all images, as I produced the work, however the images are owned by you and you can use them wherever you’d like. All I ask is that you consider crediting when you use any photos from your photoshoot. This is not essential but as a freelance photographer, and independent business, this really makes a huge difference to my work.
How do I credit you when sharing photos?
Where possible please use the following credits when using my photographs:

How far in advance do I need to book a photoshoot?
It is best to get in touch with me at least 4-6 weeks before you are thinking you’d like your photoshoot booked in for. To be the very first to know about my availability every month I recommend that you sign up to my studio newsletter here.
Can I send my products to your studio?
Yes, of course. No matter where you are located, you can send your products to my Devon studio from wherever you’re based and your gorgeous products will be photographed and styled to create stop worthy product photos.
Do you travel to other areas outside of Devon and Cornwall?
Yes, I love to travel for shoots and can travel to wherever you’re based in the UK & worldwide. I’ve previously travelled to various areas within the UK, Portugal and Morocco to capture content for brands.
Please note, there is an additional charge of 45p per mile, 30 miles outside of Exeter, Devon.
Is there a planning process before a photoshoot?
Yes – those that know me will know that I love a bit of planning! I’ll pop you over some questions about what you’re looking for, plus I will create a shared mood board with you so you can get your vision across.
Could you photograph my studio space/shop?
Yes, of course. I love meeting people in person and capturing their gorgeous workspace! Get in touch and we can discuss the details about how a Lifestyle shoot can work for you.
Do I need to provide my own props?
For my product photoshoots, have a large variety of props and backgrounds in my studio, but I always encourage my clients to take a look around their own gorgeous workspace to see if they have any props that could work too. It’s a great way of adding that personal touch to your photographs!
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Any cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the session will be fully refundable. However, cancellations made within 7 days of your booked photoshoot, will require a payment of 50% of the shoot cost. Please make yourself aware of this policy before booking.
This same policy applies when you book a shoot with me, and your products are not delivered to the studio by the date of the shoot, as this is effectively a cancellation.
Do you offer extra advice on top off the shoot?
Yes, I happily can offer my advice around styling if you require additional props, hire and/or my help styling your shoot. I can also offer support for your social media to make the most out of your new imagery for your business. Ask about my packages.
