About This Project

As a food photographer it’s always wonderful to work alongside a great team of inspiring people and with The Point Bar & Grill that’s exactly what I got! The brief was to produce a photographic portfolio with a mix of food & drink photography alongside some documentary and lifestyle photography for this thriving marina-based cafe bar and restaurant based in Exmouth, Devon. Sitting alongside this, a series of staff portraits to bring life to the team – all to support printed materials, website development, online marketing activities and social media for the company.

In partnership with the bar manager, and with the restaurant team providing me with beautiful product for the photographs, I ensured consistency of brand styling throughout the product shots, and extended this to location shoots in and around Exmouth.  The work, which is ongoing, has produce includes me working as a food photographer, documentary for events, product shots styled as needed, team photos and location shoots in a number of separate shoots since 2017.
