About This Project
Product photography in the studio for Nia Ski designed by Nia Gould. Nia has been interested in design and illustration for as long as she can remember. Her other love is cats. There have been five cats in her life who have been a big part of the inspiration behind Niaski – Sampson, Salvador, Socket, Frida and Pablo. You’ll find that they have made their way into a lot of her work. Her artwork focuses on the life of artistic felines. She creates everything from greetings cards, prints, tote bags, enamel pins and cushions, as well as custom designs and prints for cat owners who want unique illustrations of their furry friends. A cat lovers heaven!
Nia got in touch with me for a half day product photoshoot providing a portfolio of styled product photos that will be used on her social media and website, showcasing her work, and gorgeous cat products. Brief for this shoot was to include as much colour as possible, reflecting Nia’s branding and love for colour. For this I captured her lovely tote bags, prints, books, greetings cards, calendars, and enamel pins. You name it! Photograph taken during this shoot have been currently featured on Not On The Highstreet, and The Evening Standard.
